No refunds for attended lessons
Lessons that have already taken place are non-refundable.
Absences
For illness or exceptional circumstances, please arrange a make-up lesson with the teacher in advance. Unexcused absences are not refunded.
Withdrawal
If you wish to withdraw, please notify us in advance. Unused prepaid lessons will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
